Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Made to Order Clothing Items: All made-to-order clothing items can be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please be sure to carefully inspect your item as soon as it arrives and communicate any issues immediately!

To initiate an exchange or refund please contact us. Be sure to include your order information such as order number, item name, and the reason for your exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.

Exchanges:

Non Made-to-Order Items: If an item that is not made-order has an error or flaw that we missed, we will glady send you a new one if that item is currently in-stock. Otherwise we will offer store-credit or a full refund. We cannot offer this exact service for MTO products, but our manufacturing partners will handle this for you!

Refunds:

Partial or full refunds will be issued at our discretion.

  • An issue, error, or flaw with the product that was missed.
  • Items that were damaged in the shipping process.

Eligible Items:

The following items, clearance, grab-bag, special-order, custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if the item being exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

Condition of Items:

items may be “open box” but must be unused, undamaged and complete with all original packaging. Please take a photo of the item with all original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice, or printed receipt of your order).

Items Purchased at Events:

All items purchased at in-person events (conventions, craft fairs, etc) are sold as-is. Please inspect the item carefully before purchasing. In the case of any handmade jewelry pieces that have flaws or errors (faulty clasps, not fully closed jump rings or eye pins), we will be happy to fix or exchange your item. Please be sure to address the issue during the event. We will be unable to honor this policy after the event.
